About the Artist In recognition of her distinctive approach to art, Shelle was honored as a Montana Treasured Artist in 2013. Her vibrant depictions have graced the halls of The Art Spirit Gallery in Coeur d'Alene, ID, where she was celebrated as a Featured Artist. Furthering her impact in the art community, Shelle was chosen as an Artist in Residence at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, WA.
Shelle developed a love for the natural world and its many tales while growing up. Whether it was exploring rivers or crafting in sketchbooks, creativity was always at the forefront. Now based in Montana, her art studio becomes a window to the antics of birds and beasts, shaping her creative narratives. A serendipitous journey into furniture painting led to the discovery of her distinctive voice in the art world.
